I started my adventure with the Soft Condensed Matter Group in July 2018. Since then, I have been working with DNA interactions in the crowded environment, biochemical catalysis, and the motion of ssDNA in and between the nucleus and cytoplasm. Currently, I am a first-year Ph.D. student, and I’m developing a microfluidic-based system for the fast determination of the equilibrium constant for biomolecular complexes and its application to RNA-DNA interactions, as well as on the physical explanation of the molecular crowding effect. In my free time, I explore the secrets of the Universe, dive, and do taekwondo.
